About the position
You will join a small finance team based in Lund and collaborate closely with finance colleagues across RWI’s offices outside Sweden.
As part of the team, you will play an important role in supporting financial processes, administration and the day-to-day running of the office.
The role is varied and involves working across several areas, with responsibilities shared within the team. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier invoices and payments, preparing documentation for employee expenses, travel reimbursements and credit card transactions, and maintaining and updating financial information in our financial system. You will also support general office administration and help ensure that everyday office resources and systems function smoothly. The work is carried out in accordance with relevant procedures, templates and guidelines, with flexibility and collaboration being an important part of the role.
About you
You are looking for a part-time job to combine with studies in finance/accounting. You enjoy being operational and combining financial management with development work and innovation. You have some experience in finance, bookkeeping and administration.
As a colleague, you are unpretentious and communicative, with the ability to manage your own work and collaborate within the finance team. You have some experience working with financial systems and feel comfortable with digital tools and troubleshooting minor technical issues. You have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, and strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
To thrive with us, we believe you appreciate a dynamic environment and have a solution-oriented mindset. We value innovation and continuous improvement and look forward to benefiting from your ideas and experience.
A work permit for Sweden is required.
